Most classes are online via Zoom.  To join a class, please send an email to Karen@YogaTherapyWithKaren.com.  Regarding payment, please try any class as my guest.  Yoga is about finding a teacher you connect with as much as finding the style of yoga that you like.  If you choose to continue, you can send me a donation via Venmo (“YogaTherapyWithKaren”), Zelle (“Karen@YogaTherapyWithKaren.com”) or send a check in the mail.  Most people send a donation once a month.  Many thanks.

This one-hour yoga class focuses on improving bone density.  The core of each class will be Dr. Loren Fishman’s “12 Yoga Poses for Osteoporosis.”  Did you know that there are actually 3 different series of 12 poses?  This class is great for those diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis but also for anyone working to strengthen their muscles while working on good alignment.  For more detailed information about this class, go to the calendar below.  Click on the date of the class and then click on the class name/photo below the calendar.
