Yoga Therapy Private Sessions

Yoga Therapy Private Sessions are designed to create a custom-tailored yogic experience specifically for your needs.  Together we will create goals for you that may include reducing or managing your symptoms of suffering, strengthening weak muscles, improving range of motion in your body and/or bringing balance to your body and mind.  And then each session will have a unique blend of poses, meditations, affirmations, breathing exercises, sound therapy and more specifically designed to help you reach your goals.  You will leave each session with a practice guide that will allow you to repeat what you have done at home.

My goal as a yoga therapist is to offer you a holistic approach to wellness.  This approach addresses physical needs, while also provides techniques to balance emotions, connect with the powerful healing of your own breath, and aid you in your journey towards happiness and wholeness.
