Are you looking for help for your sciatica, hip or knee pain, or maybe you want to try meditations or breathwork to reduce stress and anxiety?  Perhaps you’d also like help to strengthen your glutes or help with building bone density?  Then this is the place to find yoga solutions to those and many more concerns.  My video library contains over 500 (and constantly growing) videos that address a multitude of wellness issues from a yoga therapy perspective.  There are currently 6 main categories:  Back Care, Fascia Relief, Gentle, Yoga for Healthy Aging, Meditation and Strong Muscles/Bones.

Within each main category is a pull-down list of specific topics.  For instance Back Care includes the following groups of videos:  Entire Spine, Hips, Low Back, Neck, Psoas, Quadratus Lumborum, Sacroiliac Joints, Sciatica, Scoliosis, Shoulders, and Upper Back & Middle Back.  AND within each of those categories are dozens of videos addressing that specific area of the spine.

Each video comes with a description of what the video does, the length of the video and props that are needed.  All you need to do is choose a category, scroll down the list of videos (arranged alphabetically by bolded topic), find which one appeals to you and click on your video.

All of my videos are hosted on YouTube but are Unlisted, so the only way to access the videos is to receive their link from me or to access them through the Video Library.  All users of the videos must first sign my waiver.  Regular monthly class members that are coming to multiple classes throughout each week are given FREE access to the Video Library.  However, you can also purchase unlimited access to the Video Library for $25 per month.  Just email me at Karen@YogaTherapyWithKaren.com with any questions.
