“Yoga To Boost Your Brain” Workshop
Science has shown that the brain changes from birth to old age, depending on what we do and how often we do it. Research has shown that yoga has a positive effect on our brains, no matter what our age. Our moods, emotions, how we handle stress, mental focus and sharpness are intimately connected to the brain.
This workshop will use various yogic tools to boost our brain power: gentle movement, cross-patterning techniques, and sound meditation. We’ll create right/left brain integration to help improve focus, reduce stress and work towards preventing cognitive decline, ultimately taking us to a place of happiness within.
