Yoga for Stress Relief

You deserve it.  You know you do.  So take the time to enjoy a well-balanced mix of pranayama, relaxing yoga poses & guided meditation to improve your mood, increase restful sleep, & melt away worry & stress.   This class is designed to allow you important time to spend on yourself, to relax and renew.  So join me for this hour of tapping into the “rest & digest” side of your nervous systems, & allow a little peace & calm to come into your day.
