Yoga for Scoliosis Class

This is a special 16-week series of classes focused on Yoga for Scoliosis.  This class deep dives into the study of Scoliosis and how yoga can help those special curves of some spines.  We are learning the important principles of spinal lengthening, muscle strengthening, and poses that release tension due to our specific asymmetries.

The Yoga for Scoliosis class is now closed and cannot take any new members at this time.  However, if you have Scoliosis and want to learn more about opportunities in learning how yoga can really help your unique curves, please contact Karen via text or email.  No yoga experienced needed.
