
Yoga for Insomnia Workshop
Having difficulty falling asleep at night? Waking up at 3:00 AM and can’t go back to sleep? If so, learn how Yoga for Insomnia can signal your nervous system to slow down and allow you a peaceful, restful night’s sleep.
This workshop will teach you how to establish good sleep habits and rituals for relaxing before going to bed. We’ll learn mudras specifically for chronic insomnia, breathwork to relax the brain, “sleep yoga poses” that help remove stress from the body, and even relaxation-inducing acupressure points for soothing and grounding your body and mind. We’ll do gentle movement, restorative poses, have guided meditation and end with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra.
So try this holistic approach of bringing your body and mind to its still point and find new methods for restorative sleep. Sweet dreams, yogis!
