Can’t fall asleep at night? Or wake up and can’t get back to sleep? Then this workshop is for you. Determine WHY you are not sleeping & learn better tools that can help create nourishing sleep. Learn HOW you begin to make changes that improve your sleep quality over time. And figure out WHAT sleep tools can really works for you.
Learn yoga poses that pull tension out of your body. Try breathing techniques that calm your mind & help your nervous system drop into rest & digest mode. And experience meditation techniques that unclutter the mind to help you fall and stay asleep!
