Yoga for Hips, Hammies, Knees & Toes

Do you have cranky hips, knees or ankles?  If so, this class is for you!  We’ll work on all the important joints of the lower body to aid in safely working your joints, stretching what is tight and strengthening what is weak.

Sign up by sending an email to Karen@YogaTherapyWithKaren.com to check on availability.  During this stressful time, all classes (except workshops) are donation based.  Pay what you can and if you like the class, you can send a check in the mail.
