Yoga for Anxiety Workshop – Online Only!

This workshop has moved to Online Only via Zoom!  It is pretty easy, so let me know if you want me to help you get set up prior to the workshop.

Many of us face times of anxiety, worry and stress.  But how do we handle anxiety and how can we move away from it and calm our minds and bodies so we can relax and be at peace?

Yoga and its healing practices of breathwork, meditation, gentle movement and restorative poses can soothe the mind and remove tension in the body.  Anxiety is not just an emotion in our heads, but manifests in our bodies in different ways.   This workshop will teach you how to use yogic tools to calm your mind and relax your body.   You will be given a handout of the practice so that you can continue to practice it at home.

Come join us for an afternoon of removing stress, anxiety and worry and hopefully develop a deep sense of peace and relaxation.  Cost = $20.
