Walking the Labyrinth for Peace

Are you feeling stressed, worried, hurting in your heart by all that is going on in the world?  I certainly am.  One technique that has always help ground me, quiet my mind and soften my heart is walking a labyrinth.  Walking a labyrinth is a moving meditation that is a journey into your heart center.  It is a physical metaphor for moving towards healing, clarity, peace & serenity.

Years ago members of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church created their own canvas labyrinth.  Once again they have generously allowed me to borrow it to share it with you.  On Thursday, October 17th (from 1:00 to 2:00pm), we’ll be doing a labyrinth walk at Pfafftown Baptist Church in their fellowship hall.

Don’t miss this opportunity to drop your worries, unplug and devote your practice to peace.  You’ll learn how to walk a labyrinth, how to dedicate your practice to peace, healing or whatever you need.  And you’ll have an opportunity to shed your stress & tension.  The labyrinth can transform it into peace.

No need to sign up, but you are welcome to contact Karen with questions (Karen@YogaTherapyWithKaren.com).
