Want to learn how to do a walking meditation in a beautiful natural setting? Walking meditation is a great way to de-stress, perk up your mood, focus your mind & even improve your balance.
We’ll meet at the picnic tables near the parking lot at CJ Hill Memorial Park in Pfafftown at 9:30am. I’ll teach you the basics of how to do a Walking meditation and then we’ll begin. You can walk at your pace and end at any time you need. Hope you can join me for this free in-person class!
