When you think about “doing yoga,” is it always on your mat? Bring your yoga practice into your daily life by learning to have little “Yoga Snacks” throughout the day.
What’s a “Yoga Snack”? It’s bringing a principle of yoga into a few moments of a normal day. I use the 3 principles of balance every morning when I get dressed. And trust me, you need them if you put yoga tights on! And I frequently use a little Tree pose when I brush my teeth. Just these two practices strengthen my balance and hopefully will help me prevent falls as well as strengthen my muscles & bones.
