
Shanti Shuffle: Yoga for My Knees … PLEASE!
It’s one of the joints in our bodies that calls out for the most help. Our knees! If you have discomfort in your knees, hear the “snap, crackle & pop” when you move them, or just want to strengthen the knees and help them stay healthy, then this class if for you. We’ll study our own knees to see what misalignments we can observe & then do poses that re-align the knees as well as strengthen the muscles critical to good knee health.
So give your knees a little extra love in this yoga for your knees class. They will thank you!
