Yoga for Scoliosis Practice Class

Those of us that have curvy spines have to modify our yoga practices to help bring our bodies (and mind) more into balance.  This class helps reinforce what you have learned in your private study with me, in the group yoga therapy for scoli classes you have attended or as you begin adapting your yoga practice with your curvy spine in mind.  From Child’s Pose to Triangle, from Side Arm Balance to Restorative Poses, we’ll investigate best practices of adapting “standard” poses for your extra-ordinary back.

If you are currently doing private or group scoliosis classes with me, this is a free class for you.  If you are a “regular” monthly attendee, again, this is free.  If you are not current taking scoliosis sessions from me, pay what you can and send a donation via Venmo (YogaTherapyWithKaren), Zelle (Karen@YogaTherapyWithKaren.com) or drop a check in the mail.  Sign up by sending an email to Karen@YogaTherapyWithKaren.com.
