
Shanti Shuffle: Going Shack Wacky? Time to Release Fascia
Are the cold and pandemic keeping you bottled up inside? If you have cabin fever and want to do an all-body strengthening class along with refreshing & relieving your fascia, then grab your fascia roller and join me.
This class will focus on strengthening your core, stabilizing your hips, and help to relieve low back and neck tension. Get ready to “bicycle,” do some oblique curls, work on strengthening the inner thighs all along with hydrating your SI joints, low back, legs, neck and torso. If you are looking for a nice energy boost along with keeping you a little stronger while you are stuck inside, this is the class for you.
