Shanti Shuffle: Finding Your Balance in a Chaotic World

Balance is so important to us in these uncertain times.  Finding balance brings us stability in body as well as peace of mind.  This class will introduce creative ways in yoga to work on balancing both body & mind.  We will tap into our deep muscles to steady ourselves, focus on innovative transitions, & find techniques that help improve our stability during these challenging times.

So get ready to find your center & steady your mind in the midst of a chaotic world.
