
Shanti Shuffle: Fascia Relief with Heart Openers
Tight fascia can contribute to pain in the body as well as cause rounded posture. So let’s work to release the stuck stress in your diaphragm and ribs, let go of the tightness behind your heart and open the front of the chest so your heart can shine. We’ll focus some of the class on the upper body but also include low body lengthening to help with hips and low back.
So grab your mat and your fascia roller and get ready to hydrate your body and melt the tension out of your heart.
