“Moving into Stillness” In-person Workshop
Is meditation hard for you? This in-person workshop (Pfafftown, NC) will combine 3 gentle movement practices with different breath patterns and sensory focus to create spaciousness for dropping deeper within. You’ll learn different techniques of calming and focusing your mind so you can begin a regular meditation practice with more ease. This is an all-levels workshop, beginners are welcome. Modifications for poses will be given. And practice videos will be provided after the workshop. Cost = $25. If you can’t do the in-person workshop, check out the online version on the 26th.
