A well-balanced mix of pranayama, relaxing yoga poses & guided meditation can improve our mood, increase restful sleep, & melt away worry & stress.   This class is designed to allow you important time to spend on yourself, to relax and renew.  So join us for this hour of tapping into the “rest & digest” side of our nervous systems, & allow a little peace & calm to come into your day.
