Karma Class: Yoga for the Pelvic Floor

Lots of sitting and poor posture can actually create tight (and weak) pelvic floors.  Kegels are not enough to strengthen those muscles & in some instances can be overworked.  This class will be a yoga sequence that helps strengthen and/or soften the vital “hammock of muscles” at the base of your abdomen.
