
Juicy Joints! Yoga to reduce Joint Inflammation Workshop
Do you have cranky joints? Osteoarthritis in your neck, shoulders, back, hips or knees? Yoga can help! This workshop will teach you natural ways to reduce inflammation in your body. You will also learn a 10-minute joint rotation series that you can do daily to help juice up your joints.
Hopefully by now you have heard the phrase “motion is lotion.” Our bodies need to move to stay lubricated and to push unwanted inflammation out. When we don’t move, inflammation and arthritis can restrict our range of motion and can cause pain and inflexibility. Yoga teaches us healthy ways to gently move, release tightness and help our joints feel better. This workshop does require the ability to transition down to your yoga mat on the floor.
