Tuesday Night Shanti Shuffle – “Hip, Hip Hooray! Yoga for Tight Hips”

The pelvis is the foundation of our entire torso.  When we have tightness in the hips, we may also have pain in the low back and other parts of the torso.  But thank goodness, YOGA comes to the rescue!  This class will focus on stretching and opening muscles of the pelvis, low back and legs to help free the hips from tension and tightness.
