
Gentle Yoga Class – Currently Online
Currently Online Class! If you have ever wanted to try yoga, but are concerned about joining a large class immediately, try this gentle class where we will learn poses, breathwork, mantras, mudras and more in a gentle fashion. No past yoga knowledge is necessary. This is a beginning class that is one-hour long.
This class is currently held online via Zoom. To join, send an email to Karen@YogaTherapyWithKaren.com to check on availability. During this stressful time, the cost of the class is waived. If you like the class, you may send me a donation in the mail (but please don’t lick the stamp, use a sponge, LOL)!
