Gentle Somatic Yoga for Unwinding Scoliosis!

Gentle Somatic Yoga is a transformative type of yoga that retrains the brain & your nervous system to release chronic tightness in the body so it can become more aligned.  This class will teach you techniques that James Knight has found help reverse scoliosis.  You will learn Somatic Movement Flows called Beads on a Necklace, Heart Opening, the Lighthouse and the Somatic Reclining Twist.
