Flow in the Dark

Celebrate Halloween with a Flow class in the dark!  Wear your costume (or most fluorescent clothes) and be prepared to don glowstick necklaces and bracelets while we do a fun, uplifting vinyasa class under black lights.  Check with Karen for availability.  Class size is limited.  Text or email Karen (see “Connect” page) to check on availability.    Class will be in the Shanti Shed.  Cost = $15 (includes your glowsticks).
