Tuesday Night Shanti Shuffle … Energy Balancing Yoga – for Reducing Fear & the Blues

Tap into your good energy with this yoga class to balance mind, body and spirit.  This class will focus on our kidney and bladder meridians to help loneliness, depression and fear.  All things we need to address during the pandemic.  The energy of water is where healing cycles begin.

The kidney meridian is important to get your body energy moving forward, not against its own energy (like rowing against the current of a river).  And your bladder meridian is so important to address, since it governs the nervous system.

We’ll be doing a bunch of new energy balancing work that is easy and fun to do.   Hope to see you in this intuitive, deep energetic work for you body, mind and spirit.
