
Eat, Pray & Love Yoga!
Okay, so the order of this yoga class is a little different from the title above (or the book/movie). We’ll start with “PRAY” (little seated meditation), then move to some “LOVE”ly heart-opening poses, & finally end with “EAT”ing a yummy holiday snack. The catch is, you have to provide the snack.
Bake or buy a little holiday treat and have a small bit of it ready for the last section of class. I used to teach this as a meditation on chocolate, but this year it can be a meditation on a gingerbread cookie, a skinny piece of pumpkin pie, or yes, a decadent piece of dark chocolate. Your choice, because you’re providing. 🙂
So no need to pack your bags (they won’t let us out of the country anyways), but plan to travel wide & far in your mind, body and spirit via yoga’s magic carpet, the breath!
