DESCRIPTION:Once a month a special class will be held for those in caregiving situations. Caregivers are doing tremendous work and this class is designed to allow important time to self care, to relax and renew.  If you are wondering if you qualify as a caregiver, you probably are.  Teachers are caregivers, parents are caregivers, and, of course, those that take care of others in need are caregivers.  This class is FREE but must be booked in advance.  Space is limited since this class meets in the Shanti Shed.    Please text or email Karen to reserve your spot (see “Connect” page).\n
