DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nJoin Fran Gordon, Tracy O’Neill and Karen Hoglund for an online yoga class on Thursday, December 30th from 1:00 to 2:00pm. This class is dedicated to the amazing women survivors of domestic violence and to Abby Catoe and her new facility that brings hope for a better future.\nThe class will focus on “New Beginnings Filled with Hope,” appropriate for all of us as we prepare to begin a new year. It will be recorded so if you can’t attend, we can send you a link to the video. All proceeds from the class will go to Annie’s Hope Center.\nTo donate either use the link on their website (https://www.annieshopecenternc.org/get-involved) or write a check to “Annie’s Hope Center” (contact Karen for mailing details).
