SUMMARY:St. Anne’s Labyrinth!
DESCRIPTION:Have you ever walked a labyrinth?  It is one of the most healing, powerful meditations I have done.  I LOVE labyrinths.  Some of you have walked the canvas labyrinth with me at Sunrise Yoga Studio in the past.  This is one that we borrowed from St. Anne’s a number of times to help teach meditation in a unique wonderful way.  Others have explored the wonderful outdoor labyrinths around us (Shallowford Presbyterian, Hospice, Nazareth Lutheran, etc.).  But now my own church, St. Anne’s Episcopal on Fairlawn Drive in W-S, is creating their own labyrinth on the front lawn!\nWould you like to help build the labyrinth?  If so, we’ll be meeting at the church on Saturday, June 5th at 9:00am.  (Back Care class will be cancelled that day.  Don’t worry – I’ll send you a video if you want to do your practice.)  I don’t know many of the details, but will let you know as I learn more.  If it rains on June 5th, we will move to Saturday, June 12th.  If you are interested in helping build the labyrinth, let me know.  We’d love to have you help in this exciting new project!\n
