DESCRIPTION:During the Fall 2020 semester, Karen is teaching a Yoga class at Forsyth Tech Community College.  This class focuses on learning good alignment in all of the foundational yoga poses, introduces the student to many forms of yogic breathing (pranayama), includes discussions on yogic philosophy, an introduction to mudras, mantras, and meditations as well as providing various techniques to help reduce stress.\n
